Mr. Bee's Cakes, Inc established in 1999, is proud to offer creations that are completely customized. All cakes are designed and hand crafted by the owners of Mr. Bee's Cakes, Carmen and Jose Angel, who have been in the business since 1984. Mr. Angel is an artistic painter, educated at Escuela de Artes San Alejandro, Habana, Cuba. He inherited his passion for baking and cake decoration from his grandparents. Carmen and Jose will work with you to ensure the perfect cake for your special day, like a piece of art, whatever the occasion. The cakes are baked with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

When placing an order for your special event, please allow two months notice for wedding cakes and two weeks in advance for all other occasions.

Wedding cakes are generally priced on a per-person rate beginning at $5.00 (fondant icing). Special tops, decorations or gum paste flowers are charged separately. Smaller wedding cakes are priced per project.

Larger parties may have the option of a smaller set-up cake and add an undecorated back-up cake. The back-up cakes are priced at $1.75 per person.

We also offer to the couple for their first year of marriage a small version (serves 10 portions, covered with fondant) fresh baked cake on their anniversary.

Other custom cakes with special drawings are calculated at $1.75 per portion plus design. Cut outs are priced at $4.50 per person and up, depending on the amount of detail required.

Set-up and delivery charges begin at $60.00 for weddings and $35.00 for other parties. Prices may vary depending on location.

Retainer to hold your date 50% of your balance is due when you place your cake order. This is a retainer to hold the day you requested open for your event. This payment is non-refundable. The full balance is due and collectable two weeks prior to the delivery or event date. Payments made less than two weeks prior to scheduled event must be made in cash or money order. All rush jobs (wedding cakes) subject to a $50.00 rush fee. Deposits for mirrors, cake stands or pillars will be refunded if the equipment is returned within 6 days in clean and original condition.

Remember, we are a serious business and are limited in the number of events we can handle each weekend, so, please secure your date early.

The store is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday and Sundays we're open from 9 am to 1:00 pm......Mondays we're closed.
